Cause & Effect

Every moment thoughts generated
from the mind manifest reality.
This is cause and effect.
Once you realize that, any creation
all comes from the mind.
That is your Buddha nature.

In practice, first learn not to complain. Whenever you complain you believe the cause is not from you. But all manifestations arise from you. First we have to learn not to complain. We have to think how did we come to this problem? It’s you. Who is having this problem? It’s you. Because at every moment you are involved in your own creation, your takagara.

Mundane beings are not aware that everything comes from the mind. They try to find excuses. So you have to understand this. So in order to cultivate the ability of self-awareness. In order to cultivate the ability to control manifestations, we practice to clear our mind or attachments. To be aware of the function of the mind. We have to be very clear of thoughts generated from the mind. Once we realize all phenomena come from the mind, from the essence.

Actually everything is cause and effect. To understand your mind and see your Buddha nature, a lot of people think this is hard and unattainable. But actually it is not, it is very common. Every moment thoughts generated from the mind manifest reality. This is cause and effect. It is that simple. Once you realize that, any creation all comes from the mind. That is your Buddha nature. If you don’t have this understanding, and you want to pursue the Buddha nature, that is impossible.
