You should notice your negative thoughts at the point of origin before they become negative emotions. When the negative emotion develops into an obsession, it will be very difficult for you to turn back. They hide by pretending to be you! You never see them, but they dominate your life. If we remain stuck in our attachments, we are hypnotized by our negative thoughts. The state of delusion allows us to think we are right and that others are wrong.
