We tend to think, “I make decisions based on my concepts and intentions.” This is not true. The decisions are already present in your mind as concepts and beliefs. Unless the basis of your decision in your mind change, you have neither a new plan nor a new decision, because it originates from the same old habitual pattern.

If there is no inner transformation, it will be impossible to have a new decision, a new plan, or a new life. If you cannot change the basis of your thinking, you will stay just as you are. So, the way to make a better decision is to uplift your state of being. The basis of your decision will change, and you can have a better plan.

The better the mind is, the better the phenomena will be. The better the phenomena are, the better the mind will be.
